The Santa Rosa County Master Gardeners are County Extension volunteers who serve their communities by extending horticulture research and technology to the people of Santa Rosa County. All programs and related activities sponsored for, or assisted by, the Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences are open to all persons with non-discrimination with respect to race, creed, color, religion, age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, political opinions, or affiliations. If you are interested in becoming a Master Gardener please contact Theresa Friday at 623-3868.Master Gardener Demo Gardens Every Thursday will be a regular demo garden workday for the rest of this year at the Extension Office. Start early and get your hours in!

PANHANDLE BUTTERFLY HOUSE - Open to general public 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and from noon to 4 p.m. on Sundays, including holidays, April 17 - August 31.
